Rebekah is a J.D. Candidate at California Western School of Law, originally from Seattle, Washington. She earned her B.A. in Political Science from the University of California, Irvine, and plans to practice law in California.
This summer, Rebekah had the opportunity to work alongside attorneys in Sempra’s in-house legal department, gaining experience in several areas of law, including labor and employment and utilities regulation. This fall, in addition to working with New Media Rights, she is interning with the San Diego County Public Defender’s Office in its Mental Health Unit.
Rebekah is grateful for the opportunity to work with clients through New Media Rights and to contribute to a nonprofit organization whose mission reflects her longstanding commitment to public service and expanding access to legal resources.
