  New Media Rights is a non-profit program that provides free and nominal fee one-to-one legal services and education for filmmakers and video creators, as well as a variety of creators, entrepreneurs and others who create and share their work online. If you'd like to license this app for local, ad-free use at your organization just contact us at support@newmediarights.org. We rely on donations to make continued improvements to this app, so please take a moment and donate here. Go learn about all the benefits of becoming a Supporter, including expedited response to your legal inquiries. People often contact us when they need direct legal services in areas like copyright and media law. For filmmakers, this often means helping emerging filmmakers to understand contracts, licensing, how to protect their work, and their rights under copyright law. This helps filmmakers make better decisions early on with respect to their legal rights. We also do quite a bit of public policy and educational work as well.
