Conrad is a J.D. candidate at California Western School of Law with interests in sports and entertainment law. He earned his degree from the University of California, San Diego and currently works with student-athletes at UCSD on Name, Image, and Likeness (NIL) matters.
Prior to joining New Media Rights, Conrad interned with the San Diego Public Defender’s Office, where he developed valuable advocacy and trial skills. He further developed these skills through CWSL’s advocacy program competitions, receiving Distinguished Advocate Awards in both the Alternative Dispute Resolution and Closing Argument competitions. At CWSL, he previously served as the Federal Bar Association Representative and Intramural Sports Director. Conrad currently serves as President of the Entertainment and Sports Law Society and Alumni Association Representative.
Conrad is excited to join the New Media Rights team because of the opportunity to help creators, entrepreneurs, and community members navigate the legal challenges that come with developing and sharing their work in an increasingly digital world. He looks forward to using his legal education and advocacy experience to make legal resources more accessible and help individuals better understand and protect their rights.
