Tania is a second-year student at California Western School of Law from San Diego, California with interests in intellectual property law, particularly patent prosecution and litigation in the science and biotechnology fields. Tania received a B.S. in Chemistry with a minor in Global Studies from the University of California, Los Angeles and is interested in combining a scientific background with legal advocacy in innovative and emerging industries. Fluent in Spanish, Tania values accessible legal services and hands-on client engagement.
Prior to joining New Media Rights, Tania worked with Legal Aid through a legal clinic setting and enjoyed the opportunity to work directly with clients and real-world legal matters. Tania is excited to join New Media Rights for the opportunity to engage with substantive legal issues while continuing to develop practical legal skills and advocacy experience.
Outside of law school, Tania enjoys exploring local coffee shops, attending baseball games, scenic jogs, and spending time at the beach with friends.
