Creativity and innovation characterize the new economy challenging San Diego and cities around the world. What do we have to do to prepare ourselves, and our region, to succeed and survive in this new global economy? The next mayor of San Diego will have to make some of the tough choices, which will affect us all. The two mayoral candidates will be joined by moderator Erik Anderson of KPBS and an esteemed panel including: Joyce M.
