Maresa Talbert is the founder and CEO of Talbert Law Office, APC, a law practice which resolves business, nonprofit, and intellectual property matters. In addition to serving 14 years as a Surface Warfare Officer in the U.S. Navy and Navy Reserve, she is widely visible in the San Diego community, and has authored articles appearing in the Association of Business Trial Lawyers Report and the San Diego Magazine. Maresa is currently licensed to practice law in California and the District of Columbia.
